The Message in a Bottle scheme was introduced by Ashbourne and District Lions to update a previous scheme
"Datalink" in the Ashbourne area.
It uses small containers kept within the household refrigerator to hold valuable medical and contact information
for vulnerable people.
The scheme has the support of the ambulance service, police, local medical practices and care workers and is free
to all users.

Bottles are available from the Medical Centres in Ashbourne, Hulland and Brailsford, Ashbourne Police Station,
Ashbourne Library, Boots and Lloyds Pharmacies, Social Services carers, Stroke Club, Diabetes Club,....or contact
any Lion (see "What we do")
